The concept for Lobster & Beer had been an idea of his for several years. During that time, Michael perfected a wide variety of recipes for seafood classics. Our main goals is to offer high quality, healthful food at consumer friendly prices. We want to provide a tastier, healthier alternative to the so-called fast food epidemic of the taco/hamburger chain variety. All of our food is served delicious & made to order.
