Born in LA. Built for the Neighborhood.
Lobster and Beer was founded in Palms, Los Angeles in 2016 by Michael, a restaurant veteran who saw the need for a laid-back seafood joint with serious flavor. He wanted to bring together East Coast staples like lobster rolls with West Coast energy, long happy hours, and a killer beer list.
What started as a neighborhood hangout has grown into a small but mighty chain with locations in Santa Monica and Webster, Texas. We’re all about bold food, cold drinks, and good vibes—whether you’re here for tacos, wings, or that first lobster roll.
