Founded in 2016 in Palms by Michael—an industry vet with a passion for flavor and community—Lobster & Beer quickly grew from a local gem to a seafood staple. With new locations in Santa Monica and Webster, TX, our story continues to evolve, but our love for great food, good vibes, and genuine hospitality remains unchanged.
